InterSpiritual Meditation

A Universal 7-Step Mindfulness Process
Ed Bastian, PhD

Program Description
Today, many of us yearn for spiritual grounding as we struggle with existential meaning in a world filled with disillusionment and fear. We long to create our own spiritual paths and to make a positive impact on the world. Nearly half of Americans are not affiliated with a religious institution. Many label themselves as “Spiritual but not Religious.”

InterSpiritual Meditation (ISM) offers a universal, holistic 7-Step Mindfulness process drawn from the world's great spiritual traditions. This meditative process celebrates and embraces the marvelous diversity of spirituality, ethnicity, gender and race. It helps us to find profound meaning, purpose, wellbeing and service to others in these troubling times.
